COOKIE MONSTER!

With Christmas time, comes christmas cookies, and LOTS of them! The other day I baked Christmas cookies ALL day with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. It was the first time I've done that and we had a great time. Of course I ate too much! Will is really enjoying these "treats" as he calls them. He asks for cookies all the time now. So I decided to let Will help daddy and my cousin Mike ("mr. bike") make and decorate sugar cookies. It was so cute to see him light up each time he made a shape out of the cookies.

Abby Girl

Abby girlie is what we often sing to her. We meaning Will and I, daddy thinks its a silly song. Daddy calls her weird made up words. That doesn't surprise us though. She is getting happier everyday and starting to smile every once in a while. She is truly a joy :)!

Snow Day with Dad

Saturday Will and Daddy had tons of fun playing in the snow. They went down the hill, threw snow at the dogs, and attempted to make a snowman.

Bumbo

So - we tried to place Abby in the bumbo. She is a little small for it, but pretty soon! She lasted only a minute before her little neck couldn't hold her up anymore. She enjoyed it for a few seconds !! :)
Not really sure what to think.

Now really not sure what to do.

Ok get me out please!

Will's turn. He loves this seat.

Pretty In Pink

Here is Abby in this adorable pink outfit from Aunt Jen! Thanks for the outfit - a little big right now, but too cute.

Cousin Time

Kate - Aiden - Annie all came over for the morning to play! The kids had a blast and wore themselves out. At the end of the morning they played in the snow! Josh made a huge snow pile in the front yard. Will wasn't so sure of going to the top, but Aiden loved it!

Annie is walking all over now!
Now she can keep up with the boys.

What can I say?

It's Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas!

The snowflakes were HUGE! The picture doesn't do them justice.
It's so pretty right now. It definitely makes it feel like Christmas!

Picture of the cars to show how much snow we have. It's still snowing and right now we have at least 7 inches.

The dogs have fun playing in it.

Getting dressed in his snow bib to go outside! He is doing good right now because he has his "peek-ies" (blankets) and not too many layers just yet.

next came the hat. he actually didn't mind that this time.
Mommy has a crazy hat on also.

Then the boots and the coat. Now he's not such a happy camper.

He enjoyed it when he was out, until the snow got on his hands. He refuses to wear gloves :(
We were outside in the snow at 8:30 a.m., yes A.M.!

Abby is just too tired to play out in the snow!

Decorating for Christmas!

Abby enjoyed watching us put up decorations....

Will is helping with tangling up the lights.

Will and daddy hanging up the first ornament - the bass fish ornament!

Will is attempting to put the angel on the top of the tree. He is a little heavy to hold up there too long.

There is the tree. All decorated!

At the end of the day, daddy got all ready to go hunting. What an outfit!

Picture Time

Here are some pictures that didn't make the Christmas card this year! Will was not so sure of trying to hold Abby. Mommy had fun though!

Thanksgiving in VA

This year we spent Thanksgiving in VA at Jen and Shaun's new house. It was so nice to be together with all our family. We had a great time with tons of kids all over the place. It was especially interesting traveling with a two week old infant, but it was worth it. We are so thankful the Lord has blessed us with this family!

Christy and Scott's newest: Zac! What a cutie.

This picture says it all : difficult taking pictures with little ones.... oh yeah and josh too :)!

Thanks Jen and Shaun for a great time and opening your house to us. What a blessing!

Oma and Opa came to visit too - that was really special!

Zac and Abby! 6 weeks apart!

Lots of football and soccer dodgeball was played. Looks like they enjoyed themselves. Abby and I sat that one out. Mimi though was right in on the action!
