Wills 5th Birthday

Will turned 5 last week. I can't believe my first child is already old enough for kindergarten. I've been looking at old pictures lately and wishing I could go back just for a moment to rock them as a baby, or squeeze their pudgy toddler legs, or interact with them as little ones again. Each year I look back and don't know where the time has gone. I still love this age, but do miss his chubby little face.

Will is such a sweet, giving, and thoughtful boy. Even though he is ALL boy and loves sports and is always really silly and energetic, he also loves to color, cuddle, and do crafts. He accepted Jesus in his heart on the night of Abby's birthday actually and has really been wanting to learn more and more about God! The other day he cleaned up the playroom and t.v. room without me asking and came in to me and said, "mom, I cleaned up both rooms and I don't want a treat, I just want to obey Jesus!" I love this boy so much and I'm so thankful God blessed me with him!
Happy 5th Birthday Will!

Before his party he looked at me and said, "mom, I can't believe I get to open more presents today, just like Christmas!"

Will and all his cousins on Josh's side!

Will loved his cakes, so excited to see spiderman. He has been loving spiderman ever since his Mimi bought him a spiderman doll that he doesn't want to let out of his sight. He has never watched spiderman, I think he likes him so much because his favorite colors are red and blue!

Happy face ! :)

Excited about all his cool gifts!

Rice crispie treat spiderweb cake.

Spiderman face - Will's request.

Both cakes. Once again Josh did a great job making these and Will was impressed, which is what really matters :)!
